I had a trailer tire failure in the middle-of-nowhere, Utah and had to call AAA. They came, put on the spare, but warned me that it had a bulge and good luck. The nearest Sam's Club was Grand Junction, CO, which took awhile driving 55 in a 75. Upon arrival, I was told they couldn't get me in until the next day. I noted that I was a Sam's Club member since 1998, etc. The good news was that they then got me in right away, and even gave coupons for free hot dogs.
They only had one tire, this brand for trailers, so we ended buying three. I asked about a warranty; they said there was none (which turned out to be untrue).
According to the Greenball site, "Your Greenball tires are warranted against failure due to factory defective materials and workmanship for four years from the date of manufacture, or two years from invoice date of purchase; verified by an original or copy of the invoice."
My Sam's invoice just mentions the tire size, doesn't even say Greenball!
They seem to be okay tires, but the summary above is why I have mixed feelings about buying these tires at Sam's Club.
