This bread is so thick, and not in a “Texas toast” way. It has a very weird taste to it that doesn’t seem natural. I looked it up online and it looks like I’m not the only one whose had this experience. There’s a guy that claims he left it on his counter for a month and it never molded… I love the artisanal hoagie buns so I thought I’d give this a try. Never again. Zero stars. Don’t recommend. I couldn’t even finish the bread. Tried to give it to the dog in bits but even he didn’t like it…

This bread ingredients are not what is listed here. You need to update as it can be life threatening to people with food allergies. I always read the ingredients before buying either in store or online anything as my daughter has a sesame allergy. It is also a top allergen. I did a pick up order with this bread and the ingredients are listed differently on the package; noting it contains sesame seeds as an ingredient/contains wheat soy and sesame. I double checked and scanned the barcode and it links to this with no note of sesame listed. Photo of what is pictured on the site and photo of what is listed on the actual bag.

I've been buying this since it first came out and my son loves it. This is definitely his favorite sandwich bread for his school lunches. It fits perfectly in sandwich bags, it stays fresh for a while, tastes delicious, and fits perfectly in the toaster. I've boughten other white sandwich bread and the slices are so large that I can barely get it to fit in a sandwich bag or the toaster, so this bread is the perfect size. It's a great price at Walmart too!

My favorite bagged bread. Recently I didn’t have any rolls and ate this in place of rolls and really liked it that way. I have used this bread before for sandwich bread and it’s my favorite sandwich bread as well. It is a good bit more expensive than cheaper sandwich bread but it tastes really good.

I'm not sure what it is about this bread that is so good, but it is the BEST sandwich bread ( in the category of basic white bread, obviously homemade, artesian, sourdough's etc can be better ) My kid,who doesn't like any change in their food regime, tried this bread once and now wants it for their sandwiches all the time. I have also tried the Brioche and the maple-brown sugar variety and they are awesome as well! :)

everybody doesn't like something but everybody likes Sara Lee this bread is thick you can make Texas toast and it's a Hardy sandwich you know cuz it's thicker bread but I kind of like some of the thinner breads too sometimes like a it's Pepperidge Farm it's thin white lights in thin white but that's my favorite thin bread actually but this is great bread but I couldn't get any bread so this is really hard on my sugar but yeah you can make you some good french toast Texas toast it's really thick and it's solid

This is my family's favorite bread. We usually get it at Costco when we can because you get 2 loaves for a slightly better price, but in a pinch, I order it from Walmart. It is sooooo good for everything from sandwiches to grilled cheese to French toast. Can't go wrong with this bread!

Read reviews about this bread and they weren't to favorable. I tried this anyway and glad I did. This bread isn't too sweet but has a delicious flavor. Makes really good sandwiches. I especially like this bread with; Walmart bologna, american yellow cheese, lettuce, tomato :) Also makes great tasting toast.

Not a good flavor. I can’t say what the flavor is, but it did not appeal to me. I may have expected a yeastier flavor. Very dense, but soft. Odd shape that is a bit short, like the batch was not allowed enough time to rise. Must have a lot of preservatives because after more than a week on the counter, it was still very soft and not good for French toast which is what I wanted it for in the first place. I will not buy this bread again.
