[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After trying out this new flavor from Lays, I have to say it didn’t quite hit the mark for me. While I’ve enjoyed some of Lays’ past flavors like barbecue and sour cream, this All Dressed version just didn’t deliver the flavor punch I was hoping for. The combination of savory, tangy, and sweet seemed more confusing than complementary, and I felt the chips lacked a strong, distinct taste overall. As a snack, it’s not the healthiest option either—there’s saturated fat to consider, and nothing really stood out to justify indulging. The violet packaging, while informative in highlighting the flavor mix, wasn’t particularly eye-catching or appealing to me. In the end, I wouldn’t purchase this flavor for myself again, but I can see how it might appeal to others who enjoy complex flavor blends or who are fans of salt & vinegar-type chips. For me though, it was just okay—neither terrible nor memorable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pair really good with a barbecue sandwich. Super crispy. Love the tangy flavor. Got a little bit of a sweetness to it, but still savory. I remember trying these for the first time years ago. I remember the bag saying it was “Canada is number one chip flavor” or something like that. Lol. Incredibly flavorful late night snack. I would buy these again, bring to a party and recommend to friends.

I thought they would be over the top since they are a combination of flavors such as the barbecue, sour cream and onion, and salt and vinegar. I am here to tell you, this is not the case at all! It’s literally an incredible explosion in your mouth!! it is just the right amount of each flavor. They are perfect with a sandwich, on the side of a burger, or simply buy themselves as a snack. The texture is incredible. They are so fresh and crunchy!! This is definitely a fast favorite in my household! There are eight of us, so the bag was immediately devoured!! I can’t wait to purchase these!

The concept of combining BBQ, Sour Cream and Onion, and Salt and Vinegar is intriguing, but in practice, the BBQ flavor dominates. The tangy and creamy notes from the other flavors struggle to stand out, making the chips taste more like a slightly tangier BBQ chip rather than a true mix of all three flavors. While they’re enjoyable enough to snack on, the lack of balance makes them less appealing than I had hoped. I probably would not purchase these again.

I do feel like they are a little lacking on the amount of flavor though (like the la croix of chips lol) and of course in typical Lays fashion the bag was mostly air?

The chips on the other hand weren’t terrible, but I only taste the BBQ and none of the other flavors. Not a really big fan of BBQ lol but it actually doesn’t taste bad!

They are literally an explosion of flavor and perfectly balanced. They are crunchy ,fresh and the texture is perfect. And I love the packaging on this one and they sent the box which I loved. Even my kids love them and they are so picky.

It's like they took the best parts of Sour Cream & Onion, Salt & Vinegar, and Barbecue and blended them into one epic chip. You still get that familiar Lay's crunch, but now it’s a full-on flavor festival in every bite. It doesn’t replace the classics, but it’s a welcome upgrade when you want all the vibes at once. Honestly, it’s such a smart move—I’m just wondering what took them so long!
