You’ve got your standard base lays which is perfectly thin, crispy, and salty and then add all the flavoring. These kind of taste like a variation on bbq. The base flavor tastes barbecued, with a initial kick of the salt and vinegar. They smell vinegary too. I think the sour cream and onion comes in at the end and for the aftertaste. Not my favorite of all the lays flavors I’ve tried but I would definitely buy these again!

Each chip tastes like a combo of all three flavors, with variations on the “base” flavor intensity. There was a good crunch and the packaging is giving gamer meets backyard bbq vibes. Overall I feel like I personally prefer other flavors, but could see it being an interesting pick for an office gathering, summer backyard bbq, or an interesting late night gaming snack.

They have the perfect mix of savory, tangy, and a little bit of sweetness — you really get a little bit of everything in every bite. My whole family enjoyed them, even my young kids couldn’t get enough! It’s so hard to find a snack that everyone agrees on, but these were a huge hit. Definitely a must-have for family movie nights and weekend snacks. We’ll be grabbing another bag (or two) for sure!

It lacked the vinager bite that all dressed normally has. The packaging was eye catching and I would have definitely got these off the store shelf as they brought back memories of home. After trying them today I don’t think I’ll be buying these anytime soon. But it was fun to experience something that was super popular in Canada here just wish it was the same flavor.

I remember trying these for the first time years ago. I remember the bag saying it was “Canada is number one chip flavor” or something like that. Lol. Incredibly flavorful late night snack. I would buy these again, bring to a party and recommend to friends.
