Also, the packaging is eye-catching. I did not like the flavor though. It had too much of a vinegar flavor for my taste. I would still recommend these chips as long as you like vinegar.

The flavor is a perfect mix of sweet, salty, tangy, and a little bit spicy — like barbecue, ketchup, and vinegar all in one. It might sound unusual at first, but the combination really works! The chips are crispy, fresh, and full of seasoning, which makes them super addictive. I love that every bite has a punch of flavor. It’s hard to stop at just one handful! If you enjoy bold and unique chip flavors, definitely give these a try. Highly recommend!

There’s a hint of BBQ, but there are other flavor profiles as well. There really isn’t any spice. My husband enjoyed them as well! In fact, the bag didn’t last long.

I’m not someone who eats potato chips often because I know they’re not great for me. If I am going to eat them, the flavor needs to be out of this world good. That is not what these were. It’s hard to describe this new flavor. It just tasted like a very bland BBQ. I’d pass on this one.

While the crunch level is on par with chips that maintained freshness the taste was not a favorite. I wished there was a spicy kick but that's a personal preference that I think would enhance the flavors

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The purple of royalty is really a great color to go with the name. The taste is unique at first, you can taste barbecue and hints of sour cream and vinegar. It sounds gross, but they really work together and very enjoyable.

Excellent crunch with tons of flavor I legit ate the whole bag in one sitting because I liked no LOVED them that much! They do have a very strong smell of Ketchup and Mayo when you open the bag, but that’s because they are so fresh and have a said it enough DELICIOUS! If you’re not a fan of ketchup or mayo these won’t be for you, but if you are definitely grab a bag you won’t be disappointed at all!

It was tasty and the flavors were intense but in a good way. Not one of the Lay’s chips I’ll always be buying but it does taste good. Just not something I would personally crave.
