I work at a fast food and they are definitely slip resistant, I feel confident I sing them. They fit perfect and are made of good material that lasts. The tread pattern on the bottom creates good traction, even on smooth floors. They do not squeak during normal activities. Size (length) is true, but they feel a bit narrow. If you have wide feet I would definitely get a wide or size up, or both.
