At first I thought I made a mistake. It was a little glitchy, slow and poor battery life. Initially the battery life was poor at about 2 1/2 hrs but that was before optimizing power saver options. It now gets 4 1/2 hours. Sure that's not the best but remember this has a power hungry 7 Core 240H processor. Also, after I did the many windows updates, BIOS update, and drivers updates it hums like it should. If I was paying full price maybe I'd be looking elsewhere but I got it on a promotion of $600 which is a steal with what all is packaged in this thing. I got this as I'm headed into an MBA program and needed the processing power, Memory, SSD size to do Tableau, SQL, and heavy Excel work. It has no frills but it does come with Copilot preinstalled. It's slightly heavy but nothing like a gaming laptop. USB-C with power/display combo is great as I already have a dock I use for work which connects to two monitors. I actually wish this was my work laptop as I work with Excel, Tableau, and SQL along with needing a lot of tabs open on Chrome on a regular basis and it freezes and lags a lot using an ULTRA 5 processor. This computer can do all that and not break a sweat, If you just need a laptop for browsing, high battery life and be lightweight/mobile you should probably look at a Chromebook. And of course do your homework and remove bloatware, switch off unnecessary programs on startup, and get rid of preinstalled McAfee. Talk about something that slows your computer down and hog resources when there are better and cheaper products out there. In summary, get it on sale. Even at $900 it's still a good reliable laptop but without the frills other computers at this price point have.

I had such high hopes for this product but daily for 4 weeks straight there's been 1 technical issue after another. Something's always corrupted and needed to be repaired. The battery life is abysmal so you will have to constantly have it plugged in because it loses power very quickly. Lenovo vantage comes pre installed but does not aid in the use of the computer in any substantial way and does not even function as it should. I tried to have an open mind by stepping out of my comfort zone and giving another brand a chance; worst decision I could've made. Do yourself a favor and take this out of your cart
