I liked these candles better than I thought I would. They have a very bright flame but it barely flickers. The timer is a deal breaker for me. I had returned 2 other ones I bought from a store because they didn't have timers. The only thing I am not happy about is the flame on the one candle is leaning enough to be a little annoying for me. I am going to keep them though because I don't want the hassle of having to return them and re purchase them. It comes with 9 batteries which is very convenient. All in all I really do like them and glad I purchased them
