At a nearby Halal restaurant I enjoyed the biryani but struggled with the fine shards of bone while dining. Then I used your Wild Fork goat to make a goat curry stew in my slow cooker

This can be use in various recipes but I like to use it for a curry the most because of its cube size. The meat is soft and delicious. Normally I can't eat goat meat a lot because it has the weird taste. But this is definitely different since I can't tell that it's goat meat! Whether you love goat meat or not, you should give it a try
