Bottom line up front: They are warm, and last a long time, and are a useful backup battery for emergencies. If you actually read the 'bad' reviews, the have no business being 1 star reviews. Some have had problems with the button. The button on the new one is a little harder to use, but is also harder to accidentally press. The newer flashlight is much better though. They are simple to use and will last many hours. I have gone to sleep with it on 2 out of 4, and woken up with it still on and warm. These are so much better than the disposables I can't emphasize enough how they have changed going out in nasty weather. They are also great for going to a shooting range, where you can shoot, then put your hands back in your pockets to warm up, if you have one in each pocket. The backup battery is a useful feature that has saved me before, and will rapid charge newer phones. Getting ones for children can be a little expensive, but worth it, and can totally change their experience handling the cold. I've been out in -5 degrees, and they are more and more worth it the colder it gets.

Been using it for a week and it has been a game changer. I work a lot outside and it tends to get cold When you're just standing, So having something in fact you to keep you nice and wound is very helpful the battery has been lasting I'm gonna save up for 12 hours in the third setting. The controllers do get a little confusing at time but I just have to get used to it and once you get used to it and it's a very good product.

I bought this mainly to use as hand warmers at football games. The third time using it one wouldn't turn on and the other only on the lowest level. Then we couldn't turn it off. Ended up leaving it outside overnight as we were concerned about fire danger

Cannot figure out how to get it to work

The Muddy 3-In-1 Rechargeable Hand Warmers are great for tossing into my coat pockets on cold days. I’ve used the hand warmer function several times, on different heat settings, and haven’t run out of battery between charges. I wish these hand warmers were a little more user friendly (one button controls all functions). However, these do seem to be solid rechargeable hand warmers. Got warm, but would not charge a phone at a practical speed. Tried both units with multiple cord options. 3+ hrs. to charge a phone from 60%? When compared to an existing battery pack I own it was no contest. Muddy can keep this one. Returned for refund.

Loved the handwarmer for the ice rink while waiting on the kiddos at hockey practices and games. Also the power bank was handy while traveling

I am the person that stays cold when I tell you, after you wrap your hands around these, it will make you shut your eyes and just tell God, thank you. You can charge you phone with it as well. Oh and the flash light makes it perfect. Perfect for gift giving as well.
