I love this version of Wensleydale cheese! The natural tartness of the cheese is enhanced by the addition of lemon and honey. It's perfectly crumbly, and the taste is suited for both snacking and as a great addition to a dessert cheeseboard. I hope Sam's Club will carry this forever!
