Order Three boxes but you will only get one

Something is going on with these items. I'e ordered multiple quantities of these only to receive one box. Its supposed to be three boxes to one order. Either someone is stealing the other boxes at the customer's expense or someone has difficulty counting. I know I can't be the only one experiencing this.
