Althea portion a secret heat sauce as hot as possible and let some soak up before tossing. Just came out too saucy so now I know lol. Try it

Normally I like honey sesame from the chain stores, but I couldn’t really taste the honey in this—to me it just tasted like soy sauce. Just like all of their meals this was very easy to prepare. Crisps up very nicely in the oven, and they provide plenty of sauce.

I cooked up a side of basmati rice and it paired perfectly with the honey chicken. The sauce is a perfect blend of sweet and tangy. Not spicy at all. Very kid friendly

This has the same chicken as in all the dishes Innovasian makes so it holds up beautifully in the microwave and doesn’t get tough. I would use the oven or air fryer to get the chicken crispier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honey sauce was good. Not too bland, not too sweet. I liked it when I got a little sauce on my jasmine rice that I made with this chicken. The chicken was not nearly crispy at all. Very soft, and almost soggy. Clearly it was frozen and reheated. There was a lot of sauce and not enough chicken in the box. The honey sauce flavor got lost on the chicken. It sounded great but overall it was underwhelming and left me disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall this meal wasnt for me as I dont like honey that much and there was a ton of sauce, but I do like that there are many different ways to make this (oven, microwave, and pan fry). It makes it very convenient and easy. I also like that it isnt a lot of calories and a good amount of protein as I am on a diet. My husband and 10 year old daughter really enjoyed the chicken though and my kiddo is very picky so thats a huge plus!

I make it go further by adding in some extra broccoli and crispy chilli oil to make it *chefs kiss* The taste is sweet but pleasant and I almost trick myself into believing it’s actual take out. Out of many of the meals from this brand, this is probably my favorite. The family size has more than enough in my opinion for a family of 4 (maybe even more depending on how big your portion is). You also don’t have to worry about them skimping on the sauce, there’s a lot. I think it is worth trying out at least once.

I will definitely be buying this again for the days I do not feel like cooking. Super simple, as it goes in the oven for 20ish minutes. Toss it in the sauce! This meal comes with plenty of sauce. I had enough to add to the Innovasion rice I bought to go with, and it tasted great! I definitely recommend for the quality, price, and taste.
