So let me begin by saying I've wanted an elevate sound bar system for a while but my old Vizio 5.1 was doing just fine after all these years. However once Sam's price dropped on the elevate 5.1.2 I had to pull the trigger on getting it. My wife stopped to pick it up running errands and in doing so FaceTimes me to confirm “is this the right one” to which I say “yes”. So in my excitement in her arrival home I begin to unbox it but my mind is telling me this seems much larger. I then realize it's the 5.1.4 pro model. Evidently Sams marked this one for the price of the lesser model. Unfortunate for them but awesome for me. First, the lack of a dedicated remote is a draw back that I dislike however the app functionality is ideal and has proven to be useful. Aside from that this system is all I had envisioned and then some. The sound bounces all around you in an immersive way that has you considering turning it down. Once you optimize your settings it will be like a movie theater. The subwoofer is enormous as are the rear speakers with up firing tweeters are awesome. I did have some initial issues with the handshake with some apps being able to stay connected to the soundbar but have since worked those kinks out. I think this system is phenomenal and checks all the boxes for me. Aside from the few things mentioned this definitely competes with a Sonos system in a lot of ways for a smaller price point.

Amazing surround sound! These wireless speakers perform beautifully and meet our needs perfectly. I've been trying to improve the sound from our tv for two years and happened upon this set during our recent visit to Sam's. Couldn't be happier with it. Definitely recommend. I skipped the Bluetooth setup initially as i was having trouble connecting. It wasn't needed to use the speakers. I did get the Bluetooth working later.
