I like a lot all the kind of miccellar water I have proved from garnier. Efectives, cheap and you can find them everywhere. My favourite is the one with oil. Nice packaging, comfortable, cheap.

it is a good micellar water because it removes even the toughest of makeup like waterproof mascara easily and its one of the only ones that ive tried that doesn't leave the skin feeling oily afterwards

Never used a product like this. It does not have a strong fragrance. It wipes the makeup off. I use light coverage makeup. It works great even when I don't have makeup on.

Light, refreshing, yet effective. Its a large container and at under ten dollars you cannot best that. It is gentle on the skin, as micellar waters are.
