I think that you have to clean too much for a makeup remover, it says no rub but that's not the honest truth. I did however think that it makes a great makeup brush cleanser, that mixed with a little shampoo cleans brushes like nothing else.

My first ever Micellar Cleaning water was from Garnier and I find that it does the trick. I like the fact that a little goes a long way. I usually apply a thick of mascara and with this just two-three swipes and it literally comes off. I have the mini and the big bottle and for the price it's not too bad. If you have to buy a cleaning water, this one is the correct one.

I use the pink bottle and a cotton pad to gently remove face makeup and eye makeup residue. It doesn't take off waterproof mascara or anything. I use an oil based cleanser for that. Nothing too exciting, but it is a good extra step before washing the face.

This product is great for using after you wash your face as a gentle toner. I dont feel like its the best for removing makeup especially if you use a lot of waterproof or long wearing products. However, it does work well for getting that last bit of dirt or makeup off your face after washing. It also isnt drying and leaves your face soft.

I made the mistake of rubbing my eyes to try to get my eye makeup off, but it does work better if you just hold a cotton pad soaked in this over your eyes for a few seconds and then wipe makeup away. This didn’t burn my eyes or face and did a fairly decent job at removing makeup at the end of the day. I don’t think it will replace my beloved make up wipes for those nights when you “just can’t” with a face cleansing routine, but it worked fairly well. Note, I did not use this trial as a cleanser or part of my regular cleansing routine, solely used it to remove makeup or wipe my face down at the end of the night. All in all, I’d probably recommend this to someone who wants something gentle to remove makeup or cleanse their face quickly and in less steps!

This is so AWESOME! I got a little mini sample bottle at a college visit I went to. I never truly believed in Micellar water, but since it was free I thought I might as well try it. This stuff is so powerful! It takes off all of my makeup so quickly and I barely have to scrub and rub my face like I do with makeup wipes. I would totally recommend this to anyone who has issues with taking off makeup!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had been wanting to try this product for a while now, and glad I did! This micellar water takes of all of my makeup without leaving my face oily! I use a cotton pad with the product and it works perfectly at night. I also love that this product has less waste than my old makeup wipes had, since I only had to use a cotton pad. The only negative thing I could say is that my face does feel tight and dry after using. One pro tip I have is to use one cotton for your face and one for your eyes to reduce smudging!

It cleans off makeup left over from washing and doesn't break me out which is a plus. I would like to try the other kinds in the future, especially the one for oily skin!

I really enjoy using this product to remove my makeup. I will soak two cotton rounds and wipe them gently over my face and all of my makeup is completely removed. It is very gentle and does not irritate my sensitive skin. I do however use a cleanser to be sure that any residue is removed, since I have very acne prone skin. I will continue purchasing this micellar water to effectively remove my makeup.

I don't like this product for eye makeup removal at all. It also leaves a sticky feeling on my face after I use it. It works pretty well if you are going to do a double cleanse. Otherwise I wouldn't recommend it. Purchased after others had said good things.
