Removes makeup easily though it leaves a residue behind that feels slimy when you try to wash it off. Would not recommend as an on the go product, more for removing makeup before you wash your face so you can get rid of the residue.

This is an excellent product for removing the daily grime that builds up on your face! All traces of makeup gone and my skin feel toned and refreshed after cleaning it with the Garnier Micellar water. Would definitely recommend this product!.

This has made my process of taking off my makeup so much easier it's literally the beat for getting off all your eye makeup without having to rub so harshly with wipes

Garnier skin active micellar cleansing water is great for removing make up and leaving your face clear and ready to be cleaned. It is very gentle on your skin and does not hurt your eyes.

This is great. I use this after i wash my face after heavy makeup or by itself on a cotton pad when i dont wear to much that day and it gets it off and my face feels fresh

This is my holy grail. It takes off the most stubborn of makeup. Waterproof mascara and eye liner comes off in seconds. I even use it on a clean cloth to wipe my clothes when makeup accidentally touches it. Comes off clean and easy.

I really like this product, it leaves skin feeling nice and clean and fresh and gently cleanses. Doesn’t leave any greasy residue like some others do. Would use again

I just got this product about a month ago and it is so refreshing. I use when I’m washing my face and taking my makeup off and I never feel like I’ve really got all the makeup off unless I use this product.
