I used this for a while, but after one bottle it started making my skin extremely dry and itchy. it’ll take your makeup off, but it’s easier just to wash my face to take it off than deal with how dry this makes my (normal) skin.

Love this remove my eye makeup! It’s super gentle and doesn’t leave that sting like most removers do. Only reason why it’s not a 5 is that it makes my skin feel a bit tight afterwards.

I haven’t used very many different miscellaneous waters but I think this one is great! I got it for $12 CAD and it removes my makeup like a dream. It doesn’t leave an oily film on my skin. Well worth the money.
