It's my makeup remover, even tho it advises not to remove, I always do, so I don't know how it works when it's left all the time on your skin, it removes well waterproof makeup

I love this for soaking off my makeup. I double cleanse so not sure about using it and not rinsing it. For the price you cannot beat it to remove stubborn mascara and eyeliner. I repurchase this at least twice a month because I love it so much.
