Absolutely the number one product for removing any and all makeup. Even my waterproof mascara and more pigmented stay all day shadows removed with ease!

Its really good it cleans your skin sooo deaplly and skin feels like new when you are done. Its really good for taking off yojr make up and its really easy to do that too

I really enjoyed Garnier Miceller Cleansing Water! It was very gentle on my skin, but still managed to clean off all of my makeup. I love that I don't have to rinse it off!

It does get rid of makeup on the face and cleans the skin, but it will not take off eye makeup without several approaches. Good for a quick wash if you don't have time to lather up or a refresher.
