It's pretty good at removing makeup, but not great. Eye makeup remover is more effective. I mostly like to use this after I wash my face to get rid of what little makeup may still be on my face. Purchased at Ulta, not BlueMercury

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great to use in the morning before applying makeup. Quick and easy to use but not so great for removing makeup. Also kinda smells like dirt but I'm not mad at it. Wish the bottle was bigger tbh.

I love using this as a first step cleanser to remove my makeup. I usually use a couple cotton pads to get it all off, but it removes all the makeup and dirt off my face and it is so great for sensitive skin.

I LOVE this product. I never liked makeup removers because they were either gunky lotions that got in my eyes or felt really harsh on my skin. This one is light and cleanses my skin while removing my makeup.

This is my second step in cleaning off all my makeup. I decided one day to pour some in a cup and soak my makeup brushes in it. I have found the best product for my face and to clean my brushes!!!!

Love this product! Use it every single day to wash my face. My face is pretty oily but I have to say this does NOT make it more oily. It is super affordable and you can pretty much find it in any supermarket!

It removed all my makeup and made my skin feel good. It was gentle on my face and did a really good job of removing my mascara. It was pretty effective. Its not pricey at all and has good value.

Garnier micellar cleansing water is a lifesaver. even after washing your face it can take out the leftover products on your face in make it completely clean without any irritation and oil.

this really helped take my makeup off and leave my skin looking refreshed and hydrated. it didn’t break me out which is always a concern it was a great product!
