Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water feels just like water. There is no scent and no residue left behind. It took me about 2 cotton pads to clean the mineral powder makeup that I had on. It did not irritate the skin.

I love this to remove my make up. It is an oil water product but it does not leave a nice Grimey feeling to it after cleaning. It is very affordable and the scent is perfect.

This is a great make up remover, and skin hydrater when it's oils stay on the surface of your skin it gives off a light dewy look when it soaks into the skin

Great affordable option for micellar water. It really does a great job of removing the bulk of my makeup before I go in with a cleanser. The bottle lasts quite a while and is very reasonably priced. This is also gentle on the skin.
