- 3 out of 5 stars review4/4/2019First I bought it thinking I could use it as a primer spray, which I saw in different YouTube videos but ended up using it as a toner. I actually loved that after removing my makeup with my regular makeup removing wipes I used a cotton pad with the Garnier Skin micellar water and I was shook! All of the makeup I still had on even after I removed it . Loved the soft face feeling it gave me and even thoe its water it has a certain fresh like smell, the only bad thing is that it left my skin feeling a little dry but other than that! - 5 out of 5 stars review6/29/2017I have always used make up wipes to remove my make up and found it makes my eyes feel quite heavy and tired from trying to rub my make up off. This is an absolute dream! My skin feels so soft and doesn't irritate my eyes at all. My spots also seem to have cleared up. I doubt I'll ever use another product again!

The scent is pleasant, it cleans my face of oil, foundation, mascara and eyeliner easily and gently using a cotton ball or round. My face feels clean after using it. I use a washcloth and water to cleanse again after to remove the sticky residue. Every micellar water has this, though. I would not repurchase this, however. I have very dry and sensitive skin and it doesn't irritate my skin at all. I've tried the simple micellar water but I find this to be gentler on my skin.
