Makeup Remover: Yes. Especially if the makeup you wear is simple. If you wear your skin very heavily, you will need to give more than one pass. But it does eliminate makeup well. And most importantly, without irritating the skin.

Just love it. I buy it over and over again. It do not dry my face. Its not oily. You do not need so much so it last long. It gets all my make up off, even if its waterproof.

Even through this is one of the least pricey product in drugstore,this micellar water is very very very gentle.Good value.I have sensitive skin and it feels so well after using this.

Amazing! This never stings nor burns my face or eyes and it takes away all of my makeup! I use it with cotton rounds & I do have to use about 3 to really get everything off when I do a full face. This bottle lasts a long while as well.

This helps me take off all my makeup! I just use two cotton pads of it and Im good to go. I use it after I cleanse my face to make sure I dont have any makeup left over.

I was recommended to try Garnier Micellar cleansing water at my doctors office, but it just wasn't for me. No complaints about the product. As far as value it's pricey for a majority water based product.
