Whether is it for removing a ton of makeup or wiping the day away with no makeup you would be very surprised to see what is on a “clean” face at the end of the day. This removes makeup with such ease. No rubbing at the eyes which is great for wrinkle care in the future. All you have to do is place it and hold for a few seconds and it’s all off! Being water, it is very gentle on the skin and you don’t get the dry feeling after cleansers. I do use a cleanser in conjunction with this product but I have this to thank for removing all my makeup because cleansers do not get it all on their own. Best used with cotton rounds. I also often wear a full face, full coverage, so it takes a lot to get it all off at the end of the day! I normally use premoistened makeup remover wipes, which are great but I know don’t get everything, so I decided to try this Micellar Water at the end of my regular removal routine to see how much was left behind. I was shocked at how much dirt came off on a cotton pad from my seemingly clean skin! It took 3 pads to have nothing on them. I have used many different brands of makeup remover wipes and makeup remover solutions but nothing has compared to this. The waterproof micellar cleansing water actually does the job on waterproof makeup. A lot of my cleansing wipes with smudget and it would just be a total mess to scrub off. But with my solar water its like with two small swipes over it it's gone. - 3 out of 5 stars review1/19/2023[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first two steps of my night-time skin care routine starts with standard, gentle bar soap to wash off most of my makeup and then a makeup wipe (step three is rubbing alcohol to remove even more dirt and makeup - this isn't recommended for all skin types but works for me). I subsituted the make up wipe for the Garnier Micellar water. It was just 'meh'. It did leave my face feeling soft and not dry (due to the glycerin ingredient, I presume) but it did not work as well as a makeup wipe. In fact, I used a wipe after because there was still makeup coming off! So honestly, this would probably be a good step three for people. But it didn't work for me enough that I would purchase it but I can...

Super affordable and readily available at your local drug store. There is a blue version and a pink version and honest to goodness I have no idea what the difference is because they do the exact same thing. The product doesnt burn or irritate my skin. Just squirt a little on a cotton round or washcloth and swipe your makeup is gone. Love! When I do, I use this micellar water to take my eye makeup off and my foundation and it melts my makeup right off! I was amazed at how great this stuff worked!
