[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It does not remove my make up. I am very unpleased with the results. It leaves leftover mascara residue that then irritates my eyes.

Hi there Rebecca! Thank you for sharing your experience with the Micellar Cleansing Water All-in-1. We're so sorry to hear this cleanser did not remove all the make up as you had hoped. For waterproof mascara, we recommend using the biphase formula Micellar water made specifically for removing waterproof makeup. The best way to remove mascara gently, is to hold your saturated cotton ball over your lashes and count to 10. I really loved using micellular water to take make up off at night. It left my skin feeling very clean and I didn't experience any breakouts which is always a plus!

Awesome product, I am using my 4th bottle now a days. It has been on my most favorite list for years...a bit harsh for my eye lids though, but washes the last stain of makeup from my face.

I use this, but not very often. This product is alittle pricey for what it does. I usually use it when it when my face feels alittle dirty. It helps clean your face, and at least it comes in a good amount size bottle

The best for removing we make up. I put some on a cotton round and place it on my eye and hold for about 10 seconds and then I gently wipe my eye and it removes liquid eyeliner and mascara. And the best part. It does not burn your eyes

I loved this cleanser! It removed all my makeup with no harsh scrubbing. I've used similar products and I still had to sit and scrub off all my makeup but I had no problem taking off even my toughest makeup with this cleanser!

Great stuff and very affordable. I use this to remove my makeup prior to washing my face. Doesnt have a strong odor (or any at all), and deep@cleans without stripping your skin! Highly recommend!

Really good makeup remover! Took everything off, I had a full coverage foundation, concealer, 24 hour eyeliner etc and did not take much pressure at all to remove everything. Would definitely recommend to people with dry skin, absolute godsend
