I like using it to take off my makeup. It doesnt feel as strong as a toner as far as cleaning goes. I would definitely purchase again but like I said it doesnt do everything

This is such a great simple makeup remover. I use it as a precleanse on makeup days. SUPER gentle. Non irritating, no smell. Takes off most makeup, minus some waterproof Id say. I just use a cotton pad and wipe all over then follow with my cleanser

The Garnier skin active micellar cleansing water took off all my makeup even my mascara and eye makeup. It says you don't have to wash it off but I did because it feels oily and there is some makeup residue. I would defintely recommend this product.

I love this micellar water. Removes the makeup very easily. For waterproof mascara I use a round cotton and soak and leave it on my eye presses by my fingers for 15 seconds and it helps to removed easily. Highly recommend
