Runs off my mascara and excessive makeup off. It lasts a long time and it is not harsh on sensitive skin! I also use it to wash off my eyelash extensions to have the glue come right off .

Its just an OK product. Its not something that I would buy again. It wasnt effective at removing my makeup. I have to use multiple cloths of it and I still have makeup left over. My face is also left with an oily cast.

The Garnier Skinactive Micellar Cleansing Water All-in-1 provided a gentle cleanse that didn't irritate my skin. It wasn't harsh but I also felt like my skin was clean after using it. A great product to add to your facial cleansing routine.

by far the best way to take off my eye makeup. i use this every night to get all of my mascara and eyeliner off and it doesnt require rubbing, and it doesnt sting my eyes. its not greasy which is the best part!

This is a great makeup remover. It works well for most makeup however the reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because I had to use other products remove my eye makeup as it wouldn't budge.

Garnier Micellar cleansing water leaves my skin feeling clean and refreshed. The best part is after I use it on my face I don't have to rinse it off. This is a must have for sleepovers and vacations.

Great for taking off makeup, especially mascara, shadow and liner! I use a cotton round and gently wipe my eyes, then use a normal cleanser to wash the rest of my face. Would definitely repurchase. Non-irritating to my sensitive skin.
