Wow! I love garnier miceller cleansing water. This stuff works miracles! I use this a lot now that i've had a chance to try it. My skin is so refreshed after using garnier miceller cleansing water. Other products irritate my skin but not this, I'm glad I found a product that's not harsh on my skin and removes makeup-dirt and cleanses at the same time.

This took off all my makeup. Depending on how much you put on a cotton ball, you would have to go over some areas. However, I would also use this to clean up my wing eyeliner before I put on any kind of foundation. I also used this before putting on my moisturizer after I washed my face. It took any residue off which was great. I love it.

I don’t wear a lot of makeup on a daily basis so I’m mostly using it for the cleansing of dirt and oil. The thing I like the most about it is the refreshing feeling it gives my skin after I use it. I’m so used to cleansers and makeup removers that always leave my skin feeling dry and this doesn’t do that at all. Bought this for the first time a few weeks ago. Was using baby wipes up until then and decided to give this a try. Removes make up really well. I love that it doesnt have a scent and it works great on my sensitive skin. I recommend trying this if you need a good makeup remover.
