Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water is an all in one makeup remover. I also use it before I apply my makeup. My skin feels clean and refreshed before and after applying my makeup. It only takes a small amount of the cleanser on a cotton ball to remove all the makeup I use on my face. I have very dry skin, and my face feels amazing after I use it. I feel like I am glowing. I love how it is safe to use on eyes and lips, and only have to use one type of cleanser.

I highly recommend this micellar water by Garnier. It does an amazing job removing makeup, cleansing the skin and doesn't irritate my sensitive skin. It's inexpensive and I would highly recommend it to anyone. It's always great to be able to pick up something like this from the drugstore.

It's super effective and doesn't sting the eyes. I'm sure it's safe to say this is way better then the Clinique one and it's cheaper. I would totally recommend for the stubborn eye makeup.

This has officially replaced my high end tonor of 15 years. Garnier was so hyped up last year after Allure, I knew I wanted to try it but was skeptical (as I tend to be about all award-winning products). But, at least for me, this product has proven itself for sure. It really leaves your skin feeling clean but it goes beyond that and makes it feel refreshed! Like “ahhh..” (smile)

this product is good . and this and that yellow one this only available in india I had used for several times and they will come with some cotton pads .this product is so effective and so good I suggest you to all just go for it it doesn't feel like redness it is so good you guys!

Does an okay job of removing makeup. There have been times when I had to use it more than once to remove all of my makeup (and I don't really wear much). Packaging is what i would expect with this type of product. I probably won't purchase again just because my preferred skincare brand now makes a micellar water.

This product was ok in my book. It was a bit more difficult to remove eye makeup with this product for myself. The waterproof Micellar water worked a lot better than this, but this was nice to use in the morning in place of washing my face especially since it can be dry at times and kept my skin hydrated. Also was nice to use to freshen up my face after a workout.

The Garnier Micellar Cleansing water was fantastic! It removed all the makeup off my face with very little work. I loved how it made my face feel smooth and refreshed after gently rubbing the cotton across my face. I will definitely be using it every day!

I have used both this formula and the sensitive skin. It is slightly oily which is different than other micellar waters I have tried and this makes it moisturizing and great for makeup removal. I use this first thing every morning before applying my makeup.
