The cleansing water itself did a great job taking off all my makeup, even those that are waterproof. It also doesn't have any harshness when applying it to my face. If you are a heavy makeup user, I would highly suggest giving this a shot. You will be surprised.

This is an amazing product! It really isn't harsh or greasy. The best way I could describe it would be to call it MAGIC. I use it at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening. The best makeup remover/toner I have tried so far! Doesn't leave the skin oily and clears the skin from makeup and dirt. Doesn't tingle and is very gentle on the skin. Gentle on the eye area also and doesn't tingle while taking eye makeup off. Very suitable for sensitive skin.

So I really like this stuff! At first, I admit, I was unsure, but boy have I jumped on board since! Follow the directions exactly, and I promise you it works! This stuff removes my eye makeup and facial makeup like a dream! Judging by the amount of product on the cotton pad when I'm done, I'm game to say it removes makeup wayyy better than the makeup removing towelettes I used to use, and it's super gentle on skin! No dryness or irritation! Seriously buy it! You won't be disappointed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think to overall concept of this product is great. It is easy to apply to a cotton pad to remove makeup. However, it did not remove my mascara (not waterproof) and took a ton of product, soaking and rubbing to even try to get most of it off and by that point it left the outside corners of my eyes burning and raw for days. That is my only complaint!

It is way more affordable than other micellar water that I've tried. I have already repurchased this item because I love it so much.

Garnier Micellar Water is fantastic and I would not be without it! It makes removing makeup a breeze and leaves skin feeling clean and refreshed. I have normal to combination skin (it can sometimes be sensitive) and I have never had any problems with this water. It doesn't leave skin feeling dry although I always follow with moisturiser anyway. I am aware that Garnier have added new products to their Micellar Water line (an oil-infused one for example) so you can choose one that suits you best.
