Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water is the only makeup remover that I will ever use in LIFE! The cleansing water was simple to use, effective, and did not irritate my skin. All of my makeup was thoroughly off in less than 5 minutes and this has never happened before. My skin was not irritated, dry, or flaky. I only need 4 cotton pads to clean my whole face. My skin looks even better after I used the cleansing water compared to if I would have used other cleansing products. Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water eliminated the makeup on the eyes, face, and even heavy duty lip-stain. I would highly recommend getting and using Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water. I have been using this water for over a year, I bought a third bottle. I like the fact that she removes makeup from her face and eyes from the first time. No need to rub several times. Also copes with waterproof make-up. After its use there is no irritation. I like it, I recommend this product.

Awesome makeup remover! I use it when I have a heavy makeup day and it makes my cleansing/evening routine go so quickly. One cotton round and a few drops of this is usually all i need to remove stubborn makeup without burning my eyes, scrubbing or drying out my skin.

Totally in love wit this product I never tried a cleansing water before because I didn't feel like they were necessary but I was so wrong garnier prove that the have awesome products and their cleansing water it's one of them, it completely removes your makeup without damaging or hurting your skin it's gentle

While it didn't give me the same kind of clean that say, my Clarisonic would, it removed 90% of my makeup with ease! I added a bit of this to a pack of makeup remover wipes that had dried out and it was super effective! I got this to try from Influenster, but I would absolutely buy this on my own!

This is my holy ground. It leaves your skins so soft and smooth and helps get rid of excess oil and dirt. This is a wonderful cleaner and if also good as a makeup remover. It works really fast and works really well when you rinse it off with cold water.

Great micellar cleansing water for the removal of almost all kinds of makeup. Its affordable and does its job quite well. Only thing is that for waterproof mascara and eyeliner I would still recommend special, bi phase makeup removers with more oily structure.
