This is not even the waterproof version and literally with one swipe of a cotton pad and this I took off all my waterproof mascara. I have been devoted to neutrogena makeup wipes for many years and I think this just won me over!!! Less expensive over time. Only required a very small amount of liquid.

If there is one essential in anybody's makeup collection, it has to be makeup remover. I personally have dry to normal skin, so it is important for me not to use a product that is too drying or harsh on my skin. And I have found a product that matches that in the Garnier Micellar Water. This has become my holy grail product in terms of removing my makeup. I have repurchased this countless times now, and have used it for over a year now. Garnier's Micellar Water is so gentle on the skin, and most importantly it doesn't dry out my skin. I have tried other waters in the past year, including the Simple Skin Micellar Water, however from repeated use this caused some problems for my skin, especially in stripping the essential oils. I was left with dry patches on my skin. In my eyes, nothing compares to Garnier's Micellar Water, and with there being several different formulas for different skin types, it is suitable for everybody. I couldn't recommend this enough to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While this products works well to remove the little amount of makeup I use... I wouldn't really ever use it just for a cleanser. This was my first time using it and I think the price isn't too pricey in the stores.

This is the easiest cleanser I have ever used. I absolutely love Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water. No water required. Just a cotton pad and the cleansing water. It removes my makeup in just one easy step. I like how is cleans makeup and refreshes my skin.

I have used micellar waters for years as a makeup remover, and this is by far the best one I have tried! It doesn't burn my skin or even my eyes, it doesn't leave a film on your skin that needs to be rinsed, and it effectively removes all of your makeup. It is also very affordable!

Although I try not to use Garnier products, this one was very nice. Packaging is practical, easy to use. Maybe improve with enriching ingredients, but not really. Yes, it feels great. And it does a stellar job. Would recommend to others. I have used a private label from Rite Aid that does almost as good a job at a much lower price.

As a person who has to wear a lot of make up (on and off stage) I really recommend this product. I usually use this to get rid of any makeup that might be left on the skin and it makes me feel fresh and healthy. Also, Garnier is the only brand I've used which products doesn't irritate my eyes while using it on my face. VERY grateful.

I've been using this for years and I have to say that it's one of my favorite micellar waters available. My other two favorites would be Koh Gen Do Spa Water and Bioderma. This may not feel quite as luxurious on the skin as the spa water but it's so much more affordable and it works beautifully. Takes off all my makeup, however, if I'm using a Waterford

I love it! For most of my adult life I have gone to bed with my make-up on. By the end of the day I am just too tired to wash it off. I started using micellar water a few months ago because it sounded like it would be quick and easy to use. I was amazed at how well it takes my make-up off! I found that cotton balls aren't big enough, so I found some baby wipes that I had at home, and they worked great! I just put a few squirts of the micellar water on the wipe to get it fairly wet. Then I wipe my face really well. I use it on all parts of my face except for my eye lids. I had a bit of an allergic reaction when I used it on my eyes.
