This is a great micellar water for people with sensitive skin, and I found that even after getting it in my eyes they weren't as irritated as some others would have been. It's super gentle but still removes makeup effectively, and is budget-friendly so you don't have to be shy about soaking a cotton pad in the stuff!

I found it better to use after washing my face to get off anything I may have missed. However the blue capped micellar water works great. And I've had no troubles out of that one.

Since I heard about micellar water I wanted to look for and try this Garnier and it is definitely very good and for all kinds of uses; I use it to clean my makeup brushes and to remove impurities from my face or remnants of makeup before washing my face.

Pouring a bit on a cotton pad and rubbing it into my skin before I go to bed has my skin so clean and glowing by the time I wake up, without drying it out. It doesn't last as much as I wish it would, I ran out of it pretty quickly, but it is cheap enough that its worth it :)

The major difference between Garnier's version and higher priced competitors was the ability to remove eye make up. I had a difficult time removing mascara and eyeshadow even if I followed the instructions. Overall for cleansing this Garnier Micellar water worked well.

Face wipes rub dirt and makeup into the skin, whereas Micellar water removes makeup from the surface and pores without clogging. Highly recommend this product! Great packaging as well!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Garnier SkinActive Micellar Cleansing Water All-in-1 I've been using this to remove makeup and also to clean my face in the morning and before bed. I have combo, sensitive skin and this didn't dry me out at all. It actually feels a bit moisturizing afterwards. Since I used it with cottonballs, I did have to use quite a few cotton balls to remove a full face of makeup but this product worked very well. I did however have some issue getting off my eyeliner since it's waterproof. It smudged it but eventually wiped off

I love using this to take off my makeup - specifically when I am doing a musical and am wearing super heaving makeup and am wearing it often. I will say - you do need to make sure you also wash your face after using this - but this gets makeup off without harsh rubbing of the skin.
