I often look in the mirror and don't think that I need to worry about moisturizers. A few weeks ago I was getting ready for a party, and while putting on my makeup, I thought to myself "My face looks gross. I look like leatherface. My skin is way too dry." Soon after, I start using Garnier Clearly Brighter Brightening & Smoothing Daily Moisturizer SPF15 on a regular basis. I'd use it in the morning when I first woke up and again before I went to bed.Just yesterday I was putting on my makeup, getting ready for a cocktail party for work, and I thought "wow, My face looks and feels great today! So much better than it was a few weeks ago." Winter was not being nice to my face.I believe that Garnier Clearly Brighter Brightening & Smoothing Daily Moisturizer SPF15 works better than some moisturizers that I've used in the past. The moisturizer absorbs quickly and leaves my fresh feeling smooth and fresh. I don't feel like there's an oil slick on my face, nor do does the moisturizer feel heavy on my face.Within about a week and a half, my skin feels softer and seems to have life back in it, even without makeup.

I like that it's not harsh on my face when it comes time to remove make up. Especially the eye area as that is a bit more sensitive. I would definitely recommend and have purchased this at Walmart.

I also sweat a lot at the gym so this feels super refreshing after a hard work out. I'm not sure how it would do for heavy make up wearers.

I received this water as a sample from #crowdtap. Thanks #crowdtap. I finally found a makeup remover I don't forget to use. It hydrates my skin like no other and taking make up off is a breeze! Eye shadow, one swipe and its gone. Lipstick, no problem. Mascara...completely vanished in just one wipe. I love this stuff!

This is great for removing excess makeup after cleansing at the end of the day. It doesn't remove all of my waterproof mascara but that ok! It's gets everything else and it's gentle!

It definitely takes the makeup off but honestly I'll wash my face thoroughly right after that because it does have a somewhat oily consistency and it definitely has metals on in it. But other than that, if you want to use it to remove makeup then give it a try.

I'm normally the type of person to buy more expensive skin care products, so I wasn't expecting much from a cheaper product. I can't comment to the quality of the ingredients, but I can say that it does what it says: removed make up without leaving an oily feeling behind. I will not repurchase because Garnier test on animals, but that's a personal thing. If it wasn't or that last fact, I would probably recommend it to people who can't afford mid-range-priced skincare, although Yes To brand is cheap also and their micellar water is better. When I run out, I will buy a slightly more expensive micellar water.

This product is good for a general swiping away of oils. To remove makeup I may have missed with a makeup wipe or cleanser, I was scared of this and thought it would make the breakouts worse but it didnt ! My skin is usually very sensitive to new products and this does exactly what it claims. Even gentle enough for everyday use !
