I don't wear a lot of face make up as I do eye makeup, and most make up cleansers burn my eyes. Now I've finally found something that will take off all my eye make up but won't leave me crying from my eyes burning! #Winning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always used makeup wipes to remove my makeup and I was a bit hesitant on trying it. And I am glad I did! I had to go through 2 cotton pads to remove my entire face makeup. It was able to remove a matte, full coverage foundation, waterproof eyeliner and mascara, and a matte long lasting lipstick!

The Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water has worked great at cleaning off my makeup and any dirt. It feels gentle and soothes my skin. i have noticed it has a slight moisturizing feel that doesn't dry my skin out. I think this is a great product and I would recommend for use on taking off makeup and getting clean skin.

Ive been using this product for about 4 years. I put some on a cotton pad and i just clean my makeup with it. For my eyes i soak the cotton pad and hold it on my eyes for couple of seconds snd the eye makeup just vanishes. Very easy and quick. Highly recommend it if you have not tried it already.

Ive tried the travel size of this because I was going on a trip and they did not have the waterproof version. For the most part it works pretty well except it doesnt remove my mascara. But one thing I liked is that it didnt burn my eyes like other Micellar waters.

I like it when my halo pads are dirty. But I go through a lot of cotton rounds while using it. It is effective. I think its pricey in my opinion but it's a nice size bottle. It does the job but I will stick with my halo microfiber remover pads. I think this leaves a slight film on my face which I can live with bc I wash it after anyways

One word: hydrating. It may not totally remove your makeup, depending on the makeup you used espcially those heavy and full coverage products. Gentle on the skin but sometimes irritate your eyes just wash it fast if that happens. After trying another miscellar product and not satisfied, I always go back to this one that’s how good it is.. Greatly recommend this one.
