I bought this because I've never heard bad reviews. I have combination skin and am always weary of new products. This gets waterproof mascara, matte lipstick, eyeliner, EVERYTHING... off your face at the end of the day. AND it leaves the skin soft and clean. Amazing product overall.

This cleanser stinks. That's really all you need to know. This stench is so strong and smells like a musty basement. Not to mention you use it in your face is not fill any cleaner. It honestly feels like you need to rewash your face after using it. I also looked at reviews in about how is possibly unsafe for your eyes and other things as well . I ended up tossing Garnier SkinActive Micellar Cleansing Water All-in-1 mine in the trash.

I used this mainly at night before bed when I would remove my makeup and it did the job quite nicely. It’s also a bonus that it’s a little cheaper than the one I was using before. Seriously? I am shocked at how awesome this cleanser is! I never would have thought that WATER could remove all of my face makeup and eye makeup! It's so fast and easy to use and it was extremely gentle on my skin. I didn't have to do any rubbing on my face or my eyes. I am one who tends to be lazy at bedtime so I skip the cleansing process way more than I should. With this cleansing water there is no need to skip it. It's so fast and easy and removes everything.

You can use this when taking your makeup off, getting off product on the back of your hand, and my favorite way to use it is by taking a Q-tip and soaking it, then take it under the eye to make a sharp line for your eyeshadow.
