[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how gentle this product is and how effective it is at getting any kind of makeup off. It is very useful for cleaning up makeup because its oil free so it leaves behind no residue. By far my favorite makeup remover.

This has officially replaced my high end tonor of 15 years. Garnier was so hyped up last year after Allure, I knew I wanted to try it but was skeptical (as I tend to be about all award-winning products). But, at least for me, this product has proven itself for sure. It really leaves your skin feeling clean but it goes beyond that and makes it feel refreshed! Like “ahhh..” (smile)

I wear make-up daily, so I needed a really good make-up remover and cleanser. I've used several make-up removers over the years, but I wanted something different. About three weeks ago, I decided to try Garnier Water Rose Micellar Cleansing Water. OMG!! It removes all the make-up and any residue. This cleanser leaves my face smooth, hydrated, and very soft. Such a refreshing feeling! This is now my go-to make-up remover and cleanser. Love it!!♥️

One of the best micellar waters ever. I keep getting drawn back to it. However, PINK CAP ONLY as I dislike the blue and green cap. I use this as a first cleanse or as a makeup remover. It does NOT burn eyes or leave a greasy residue (but ALWAYS rinse after using micellar water, as it leaves ~a~ residue.) 4 Stars because they are not cruelty free.

I do wish they used more natural ingredients so its better for the skin, but I do love how effective this product is in removing making completely. My expectations were low, but after using this...they went above what I thought. I recommend to others but do hope yall use better ingredients :)

When I try other brands, they just do not do the job and they leave my face greasy. This water cuts through makeup and leaves my skin soft. I do not have to rub my mascara off like this other products.

It’s super light but is deep cleaning. It doesn’t leave any residue on my face like other products do. I have super sensitive skin and this doesn’t irritate it at all!

I really enjoyed using Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water. It worked so well, getting all my make up off without being greasy or drying. It's so hard to find products that work well on my sensitive skin, and this product not only works, but it exceeded my expectations. I'm 100& satisfied.
