[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using this make up remover from over 5 years - since the day I started using make up and I absolutely love it. Tried a few others but nothing is as perfect as this. Absolutely love how light this is on my sensitive skin. It removes all make up seamlessly and so good to correct some errors in make up too. Additionally I use it to my make up brushes too. I can personally vouch for the fact that once you’ve this, you wouldn’t need any other make up remover. It’s very light and not harsh on your skin

Giving this a 1 star rating because the last 2 times I've used it my face broke out in like hives almost, caused the skin under my eyes to swell and become very raw, my whole face was burning hot to the touch, I had raw places all over my face with flaky skin kind of like eczema it also itches like crazy my entire neck is itchy I'm normally not allergic to ANYTHING but I've saw other reviews that this happens to other women too that have used this product we need to get to the bottom of this to find out why it's happening and what kind of crazy ingredients are in this stuff making our skin react like this!!

I have sensitive skin with rosacea so I have to be very careful of what I put on my face. I’ve tried higher end ( and higher priced!) micellar water cleaners that I’ve had to return because of how my skin reacted to them. Because of that, I was extremely skeptical to try Garnier’s version. Wow! Was I surprised! I don’t break out, I don’t get redder than I already am and I doesn’t make me oily. The fragrance is light and the finish isn’t sticky or oily. I am halfway through this bottle and plan to buy another once I am done. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who wants a quick, easy and effective cleansing water.

Dear GARNIER You should name this product as MIRACLE water. It actually works like magic. And the best part of this product is, this doesnt dry my skin. I have tried so many cleaning water but not satisfied but this is what i am looking for. Thank you @Garnier for launching this product

It is also very refreshing. I would suggest getting the waterproof one for heavy makeup. This product is very affordable as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While I love the all-in-1 concept, I unfortunately don’t love love love the product. I like it for the makeup removing aspect for sure. But while the instructions are to use with no rinse required, I find my face feels slightly greasy or that it has a film left, & I almost always rinse after using the product.

It is a good cleanser without it being greasy - it certainly get's out the dirt and takes off my make up really well! I got it for free as for testing purposes and I have to say and I would buy it again!

I had been using regular makeup remover to remove my mascara prior to buying this, and now that I've used this, I don't think I'd use any other makeup remover. I didn't have to excessively scrub at my eyes to get off my makeup, it was very efficient and easy, even for my harder to remove mascaras. I will say this is not a good product for water proof mascara, but that's the only con I have.
