This is sooooooo simple to make and completely gluten free. No trouble at all to make a quick accompanying cornbread to the soup or beans winter-fare, with warming and scenting the house. Grateful that Sam's now carries several of the Krusteaz gluten-free baking mixes at a better-than anywhere else price, and with easy shipment right to the door. The ONLY cautionary is for low-glycemic or sugar avoidance diets-- the very first ingredient on the list is in fact, sugar. Otherwise with celiac-disease I had absolutely no reaction, including that all too often feeling of missing out.

Everyone in my family that likes cornbread loves this cornbread! We make it with arrowroot eggs and it is very good! The product itself is wonderful, just beware that shipping might cause some bags to open in transit.
