Inconsistent sizing

I bought 2 pair in club (no dressing room). Both supposed to be 36×30. One fit well, the other will need to be returned and is definitely more like a 38x32. The one that is sized incorrectly was "dark amsterdam" style. I will try my luck by exchanging it as the jeans do seem to be a good value.
