excellent! made with recommended amount first. then I added more of the mix for a thicker pancake. i also tried oatmeal cookie recipe on box, great!

No bad! I recommend to let the batter sit and hydrate before cooking. Mine seemed like there was too much liquid in it using the directions on the box. It was perfectly fine, however, after letting it sit for 30 minutes. They weren’t the fluffiest, but I was very happy with it with some added blueberries.
