My lower back has been really hurting the past few months. I've been using the lower back pad for several days this week and already I have noticed a different in soreness and pain. It's easy to use, comes charged out of the box and seems to work as expected. The intensity of the stim has been good for me. However, I haven't done stim work before, so I don't know if needs to be stronger or not. I have not needed to go above 20 to get the relief I needed (20 is pretty intense for me!) The remote works great, and I prefer it to the app because I want to stay off the phone while I am using it to truly relax. Nothing negative about the app, I simply don't use it and prefer the remote. I don't expect this to heal me. But I have already noticed less pain and less soreness in both my lower back and hips.

This works great. I have bad lower back pain every couple months that usually lasts for several days. The last time I felt it coming on, I put the Halo tens unit on and ran the full massage and pain relief cycles. Afterwards, I had no pain. Highly recommend this if you have consistent body pains or strains
