Mine only lasted approx 2 yrs, then started spliting in couple of places. Returned and was replaced by same. Will see h9w long tbus lasts. I dont recommend for here us Florida.

First time I used it the plastic nozzle was broke, leaks everywhere. Assuming they get thrown around in transport and shelving and the cheap plastic nozzle cracks. Emailed Sam's about what to do because the store is 3 hours from me - no response.

its good quality, but it's way to heavy for me. I wish I would have known. I water my plants every morning and that thing is like what the firemen use.

Not as good as the ones in the past. Sams used to have really good garden hoses that were heavy and durable, the one I just purchased is light and flimsy and it doesn't coil well . Very disappointed .

Not a high quality garden hose, kinks frequently and when it kinks, the place it kinks, it will kink easily in the future. Again, not a high quality hose.

This hose is terrible to kink. I bought it because it is supposed to be kink free. It is wearing where the kinks are. I am not happy with the quality of this hose.

I can't get the end where a sprinkler head attaches to it to loosen up at all. It corroded after sitting for a little. Even tried taking a wrench to get the attachment off the one end and it so t budge!

purchased for the new house,the features where impressive, but connection was not brass snd actually started to corrode making disconnecting the hose for the winter virtually impossible, had ro cut the hose to ensure water free.

Maybe one of the worst quality products I've bought from Sam's in years. A traditional,old, stiff water hose that kinks right out of the package and did all afternoon.

This is a high quality hose, for an excellent price. We have probably bought 10 of them or more over the last 3-4 years, and will probably still buy more (we live on a farm). That said, we attempted a return to the store on one that had obvious manufacturing defects in the hose itself. It had been unrolled, but never used. We were told that - in regards to the warranty - we needed to contact the manufacturer. Being a "Member's Mark" item we were confused, and said so. We were told again that we needed to contact the manufacturer. Instead of arguing about it or asking for a manager we simply gave up. This is still the best hose on the market, for the price. Just don't assume there is an actual warranty included with your purchase. Sam's Club is not what it once was.
