the connection ends are covered with a huge glob of plastic so to protect the non brass ends from bending. If you have a water hose holder pot holder they will not fit throught the hole. I just gave away my old Sams hose to my gardner that lasted 5 years. Old hose was done.

Bought this hose because it claimed to be kink resistant......Ha! What a joke! This hose kinks worse than any hose I've had. I've tried storing several different ways to try and prevent the kinks to no avail. Only reason I don't return this piece of garbage is because I don't want it leaking all over my car. I'm pretty ticked off about the blatant load of crap printed on the label. No way is this hunk of junk kink resistant.

We bought this at Sam's Club a few months ago since it says “Kink Resistant” but it definitely isn't! Every time we use it, it need to constantly be unwound due to the kinks that keep stopping the water from flowing. I only recommend IF you thrive on frustration,

I have bought my water hoses from Sams without any issues for years. This year I bought three and had to intimately return two and get a refund. The first hose was cut, I can get that happen while uboxing and stocking the display. But then the second one the coupling came apart. Exchanged the hoses and they both came apart again. Not the usual experience but unfortunately this product wasn't great for me this time.

I bought hose took it home hooked it up turned water on nothing was coming out went back to faucet and hose was spraying out of side of hose 4 feet from connector and was small pin size hole and bubble building up in hose at had a flaw in it that was stopping water bubble got bigger water never passed taking it back now pure junk don't buy SAMs really needs better quality control

I bought this hose 3/3 and already returned it 3/29. It had very light use during the time I had it since I only watered a patch of yard where I had thrown some grass seed down. It is the worst hose ever with NUMEROUS areas of kinking, stopping the flow of water.....at the kinks, the hose developed small cracks and already started leaking! There were also 2 small areas where the hose began ballooning like the inner wall was weak. Very dissatisfied......I should have read all the bad reviews before purchasing it!

own a professional greenhouse and purchased three of these worthless hoses. They have not even lasted thru our 8 weeks retail season. Kink if you look at them and hang up on any little item in their path. Two blew out at the male end. Can not believe sam's club markets such a cheap product

I bought this hose last season and it worked great. In the fall I attempted to disconnect it and the "ergonomic release button " wouldn't release. Four neighbors attempted to help and were unsuccessful. I then attempted to cut off the plastic "ergonomic piece" . We were then able to disconnect this from the faucet using large channel locks.

So far so good I have no reason to think that this hose is not as good as any other on the market at the price. I do suggest purchasing the hose reel that Sam's Club sale with the no flat tires. It makes managing this 100 plus feet hose manageable and controlling The kinks.

This hose is terrible. We bought it because we needed a longer hose in our yard. I regret getting this one. It's HEAVY. It kinks constantly if you aren't tugging it perfectly straight. When we have it pulled out to water the yard/plants, reeling it back into the hose reel is a legit work out due to the weight of the darn thing. Would not recommend if you're just looking for a simple light weight hose for gardening/lawn care.
