The ones I received in mail were teal and grey but no big problem there. The problem was when they busted after only a year and a half of moderate use. Don't know if its this certain model color are a bad batch but I'm returning them as soon as y'all get the yellow and gray ones in the store. I bought one at the store and it still working well plus it doesn't kink but the teal ones did.

Of course it resists kinking, how can something solid kink? Below 65 degrees you just as well be trying to move solid pvc pipe. VERY stiff. OK if the summer day sun gets a chance to soften it up. But if I try to roll this out early in the morning off the hose reel, it will topple the real over because its so stiff. As usual, Sams changed what they carried for years (which was an OK hose) to this cheaper stuff to save 25 cents.

One of the worst hoses I've ever owned. Prone to kinking any time the hose makes a turn or loose loop, which is necessary when moving around the yard. To make matters worse, you can't even whip the hose over in order to release the kink. You have to stop watering, and walk back to where the kink is, so the kink can be released. Once the hose kinks, it will kink in that same area of the hose, EVERY TIME!

By far the worst garden hose I have ever had. To refer to it as kink resistant is a joke. I have had 2 for almost a month. Long enough for the stiffness wear out. I have yet to use it without having kinks. Always pleased with members mark products but they missed the mark this time.

I have tried everything I can think of to make this hose useful, but it is just so heavy, unmanageable, and kinks so easily that I just cannot. I never want to unroll it because I never want to have to roll it back up. This thing is just awful and if I could return it I certainly would.

I bought this hose today and it kinked 4 times unrolling the very first time. I was willing to give it a chance, but after I hooked it up I found two holes in it. I think it may have been due to the fact the plastic packing straps cut into it. If it punctures and kinks that easily, I want no part of it and will be returning it tomorrow. Very disappointed as I have two other hosed I purchased at Sams 24 years ago that are still in service.

I've been buying these for litteraly decades. Remember, you're in the driver's seat with this, or any garden hose. If you initially unroll it getting all of the twists and kinks out, it will operate just fine without kinks. When using if you twist your hose (evident with twists behind the nozzle) you need to untwist the hose so it remains without twists, in order to prevent kinks. I have 2 of these hoses connected together going to my donkey barn that have been in use for years. Also have 3 connected going to my orchard. Have never had problems with any of them, if I follow the above rules. Also might I say have 5 new ones in reserve as these are seasonable at Sam's club.

I use to buy really quality garden hose at Sam's Club, but this one is not the quality of the older hoses. I bought 2 of these and they kink way too easily. That's the worse when you have to go back 100 ft 5 times while watering and unkink the hose. For the price, it's better than most at the same price at other places. It's just not professional grade hose.

Leaked on initial hookup. This is not the quality of the hoses they previously carried in store every spring. I have been getting my hoses here for years, usually getting mulitiple years of use from each. The quality has gone down and the price has increased.

Have had this hose for several years. It does kink and does stop water flow almost completely. I've kept it only because I don't have the receipt anymore. Who keeps a receipt for a $20 hose that supposedly has a lifetime warranty? Nobody other than an obsessive compulsive that keeps everything!
