I've been using the name brand Eye Health Complex supplement for several years, based on eye doctor's recommendation. Although it's hard to know long term what the effects are - for either name brand or Member's Mark brand, I trust the quality of Members Mark and am happy to find this alternative.

This is a great supplement with a really great combination of vitamins, supplements and ingredients. Its an easy to swallow soft gel, one per day. The bottle contains 250 gel caps. Zeaxanthin is great for an occasional twitchy eye. Eye care in a great sized bottle for a good price.

I received this a month ago. Shipping was fast. Was received in excellent condition. Small capsules are easy to swallow. I'm sure that taking a supement for my eyes is a good idea.
