Very satisfied with the purchase. I bought 4, for each of my bathrooms and installation was easy and quick. All I used was a flat head. However, there could still be some improvements: - 'Strong' mode could be stronger - Soft-close lid takes. forever to close Even with these slight drawbacks, the DR801 is an excellent product, and I would buy it again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was very important that I was able to find one with heated water without needing to attach it to the sink and this one works great! This seat is very similar to the ones I saw in Japan. The only negative part is having to run a wire or have an outlet built in for the toilet. Otherwise, I love it!

Sprayer isn't very powerful. The light has to be switched off every time after each use unless you want the light on the whole time. Water temperature and seat warmer are nice.

The images at the a bridal website are nearly useless. Also the information posted there is abysmally scanty. I am ignoring this website.
