[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 3rd Brondell Bidet. I cannot go without one. The Swash EM417 is comfortable. Easy to use with the control panel right there attached. I love it.

Easy to install and like the option of quick release for the seat. It makes cleaning the toilet bowl easier. Most important is that customer service is really great. Queries thro email seem to be answered within 24 hours.

Very easy to install and operate. The seat warmer is my favorite feature I particularly appreciate the continuous warm water. I am now spoiled.

It is one of the cleanest and most comfortable way to go to the toilet and saves toilet paper as well.
