This is good for your digestive system, and tastes good also. It pairs well with fruit, and granola. It's good for a quick light breakfast.

Love activia yogurt. Been eating it for years. Keeps the good bacteria in my gut and it makes my belly happy.

I give ro my son for extra fiber. This is great if you are constipated. It tastes good and its not overloaded with sugar.
